When preparing to purchase or renovate a property it makes sense to know all the details before hand. Having the right information at hand can allow you to take control of your renovation and can save time, and any confusion that can accur when your renovation starts . Using a written report and the information collated allows all areas to be planned accordingly, it allows a realistic idea of what costs may accur during the process, a realistic time scale required and importantly offers options for budgeting your finances accordingly.

From the start a written report makes the task of planning a renovation easier, having an individual detailed report allows planning and budgeting to commence from the comfort of your own home, and even before renovation starts. A detailed floor plan, measurements and a property portfolio offers a fresh memory for those that are unable to visit their property regularly.

Whilst visiting a property to collate information, both internal and external area details are recorded, including present condition and original material used

General areas includes;

Property measurements and drawing
 Photographs- full property portfolio, via email. We provide photographs to detail information covering each area within the report including both digital and written data. This allows full understanding of your property and its present condition.
A planned drawing of your property to include; external measurements, and a detailed internal floor plan drawing including all room measurements and floor area. Include where possible the depth of internal and external walls.
Costing report. After visiting the property it take (2-3weeks) to provide you with a costing. We do not guess these figure, we use the information collected during our visit to the property, to properly prepare and report a costing to you.
Budget and schedule.
We understand the importance of time and budget, and can plan a staged scheduled report according to budget. We will always advise any area that requires urgent repair and include it within the first stage of renovation.

Breaking down a report into as many different stages to suit each individual client, budge and time frame as a client may require.  Allowing you to take control of your finances.
