Our inspectors visited one of Ravda’s holiday apartments to inspect a reoccurring problem in one of the complex's 7 year old apartments. The apartment had been suffering from continuous rising damp. Annual maintenance previously carried out on the apartment, had never been able to cure the problems and year after year the same routine would apply. Maintenance would visit to carry out repairs, and each owner would be left to arrange re decoration of their apartment. Dismayed with the continuous problems and costs accrued, owner made arrangements for our builders to start work curing the problems of rising damp.
