Exceptional because we offer a complete service taking the worry out of having a property abroad. No frills because we do not add unrealsistic charges or titles. We only offer services that are clients require.

We do not charge you for services you will not recieve, or require. We take responsibility for your property and treat it as our own.

 

• Property maintenance
  • When we consider property maintenance, we treat any property as our own. We schedule frequent property visits and always add extra visit in the event of bad weather, where we inspect for fallen debris, mislodged roof tiles, windows and doors. We test all systems within the property including, water, electricity and alarms. Always ensuring your property is in safe hands.
• Property Utilities
  • We ensure the smooth running of your utility accounts, to include payments and connection.
• Property security
  • Knowing that your property security is always a worry, we offer a service where we monitor the property as well as boundary. We will advise and secure.
• Grounds work
  • If required we schedule grounds work, this includes light work that you would normally carry out on you own home. We will maintain the garden including any flowers, plants or produce. We look out for peeling paintwork or wood that requires protection. We keep your property in tip top condition.
• Season Preperation
  • Understanding the seasons we offer property preperation, this could include drain downs and pipe protection during winter, to cleaning and preparing the pool for a visit. We even arrange to supply and prepare the property for a scheduled holiday, leaving you to enjoy your time.

We offer our lients that little, when our clients arrange visits to their property, we can supply basic supplies for their visit following a prepared shopping visit on their behalf, ensuring fresh milk and produce.  

 We ensure the perfect visit. We offer different payment options allowing our clients to pay monthly or annually.
