Internal water system

In most cases village properties in Bulgaria are fitted with, out dated metal pipes which do not support hot water for baths, showers and washing facilities. Water systems in general consist of one cold water inlet pipe, which is used for cold water washing, or in some cases cold water is

run through a small tank, which is heated using logs with an outlet pipe connected to a shower head.

Internal Waste system

Waste systems within bulgarian properties are mainly unheard of, as the majority of village homes and in some cases town houses do not have

internal bathroom or toilet facilities, choosing instead to use a very crude basic outside toilet that consists of a concrete slab over a pit, and a

mobile tin used for bathing that is stored away between use.
