Getting it right first time
All inspectors are qualified and experienced in property inspection, and have inspected hundreds of buildings, both commercial and domestic. Combining knowledge and experience to produce an effective snagging list, which is under constant development.
We will visit the site, and complete a full report detailing every area of workmanship quality and standards, returning a fully completed report within days of our visit.
We will be your eyes and inspect, and can even be the voice if standards and quality have not been met.
Ideally the inspection will be carried out before you move in so that the developer will have time to address all problems before you complete.
The snagging report will be issued within 2 working days of the inspection with a copy going to you and one directly to the developer.
Once this process has begun we will be available to provide free support and advice.
