Garden Grounds person:
|
We have a position for a garden grounds person, who will care for and maintain the grounds of our clients. A knowledge of wine making and Bee keeping an advantage. Knowledge of the Bulgarian language is not essential, however we do ask that you are happy to learn.
We have 2 part time postion with flexible working hours available offering up 80 hours per month. |

Secure property dept:
|
Offering a position within our secure property department, assisting the Manager you will ideally have knowledge of computer data base. Organising diary visits and collating information. Knowledge of the Bulgarian language is not essential, however we do ask that you are happy to learn.

We currently have a position available within our secure property department. Visiting client properties and working sites to ensure security of property, grounds and material. Hours and salary to be arranged. |

| Property inspector: |
We are currently requiring a new member to join our team of property inspectors, experience in understanding the details and specifications of Architectural Plans, with an ability to independently carry out special assignments to prepare analyses reports. A knowledge of mathematics, drafting, layout surveys practices, techniques relating to Property inspection and an ability to determine quality, materials, and workmanship throughinspection, and to determine compliance with specifications. |
