We offer to our clients a Uk standards snagging report form to complete. Upon completion we will return to the property to inspect and carry out any such repairs that may need our attention.
If acting upon the guarantee offered for works completed, we will visit the property within 7 days to inspect any problems that may have arisen. We will schedule a date within 14 days to return and correct any such minor areas. If an urgent problem arises during a clients holiday/visit we will visit immediately to report and schedule repairs.
We will provide a written fact of works required and repairs made. We fully understand the need of our clients and will perform any such arisings with as little disruption possible.
It is in our companies interest to get Renovation and repairs correct first time after which we are using our own time and resources which is not good practice for any company. We always ensure our companies standards are the highest.

All written agreements shall clearly state project description, requirements, dates, and cost.
