Can you quote for work required on my property, and do I need to be there?
We would be happy to assist you, and can arrange for a costing of any works required. It is not possible for you to be present, though access is required.
I have not visited my property since August, is it possible to have someone check on it for me? Do you need the keys?
We would be more than happy to arrange for a visit to be made via our security department to check your property, and though keys are not needed access is. If we do hold your keys we will of course complete both an internal and external security visit.
How much does it cost to make a visit?
Any property visit our company makes is priced per km. Do you offer Property insurance?
We do not offer property insurance, though we are able to assist you in receiving a quote and taking out insurance on your property.
I have visited my property for a holiday and the water and electric had been discconected, can you help?
Yes we are able to assist you in getting your electricity and water recconected to your property.
Does a uk washing machine work in Bulgaria?
Yes, all UK and european electricals work in Bulgaria, though you will need the use of a 2 pin adaptor.
How easy is it to get bulgarian money when I come on holiday, or do I need Euro?
It is very easy to purchase Bulgarian lev, you can do so by using your cashpoint card within the country, or vist any bank or cash kiosk.

2010 January update
Check your pipes
January has seen temperatures drop as low as minus 33 and has seen our staff traveling throughout Bulgaria checking and repairing frozen pipes. It does not matter how new your pipes are, at these temperatures even the newest laid pipes, if not protected properly can freeze, this does not just effect your external pipes it can affect those internally including your boiler. Once your pipes have frozen they are likely to burst or split which will allow water to continuoulsy run
This is easy to overcome. When you leave your property it is good practice to turn off your water at the water meter, the majority of meters can be found within your garden. If you have not turned off your water then get it checked.

With the weather starting to get warmer with temperatures a high as 20 degrees, gone are the minus temperatures and freezing nights, though there has been a threat of snow. Hopefully moving forward into the warmer weather enabling property preperation in time for client holidays.
